This 55-minute DVD has 3 parts. Section 1 shows the complete form you will learn. Section 2 has 7 lessons with verbal instructions and sub-titles. Section 3 has more detailed instructions for Beginners. Basically the 24 Form Yang Style is at an intermediate level. However, Don Fiore simplified the Yang Form for his classes, and many people asked for a DVD with his easier movements.
This DVD is the next step after the intermediate level TAI CHI KUNG.
